grandparents, Ludwig and Lena Weppler, were married February 1, 1880 at St. Peter's German
Lutheran Church in NY, NY (witnessed by Philip Dietz and C. Lohl.) They had nine children
together: George, Ludwig (Lou), Johanna (Daisy), Anna (Lizzie), Thomas, Charles,
William, Leo and Frederick.
Lena and Ludwig
lived for 44 years at 247 East 37th Street in Manhattan until they bought a house at 78-19
69th Road in Middle Village, Queens. |
