| I started
working on this Mullins genealogy project a decade ago and, as time went on, it developed
into an interest in the 69th Regiment Armory, where John F. Mullins and family lived for
so many years. I wish I knew the
stories of growing up in the Armory, but those tales have been lost over the generations,
like the ones of John leaving Ireland as a boy to fight for the British.
